Registration Day

Welcome to Registration Day!

*BRING YOUR PRINTED STUDENT EMERGENCY CARD AND UPDATED IMMUNIZATION CARD*  

The student emergency card document can be found in the Parent Aeries Portal

1. Click "Dashboard"

2. Click "Student Info"

2. Click "Data Confirmation"

You will be filling out a questionnaire about parent and student personal information. Once you reach Question 8, you should find the page stating "Congratulations" determining that you have finished the student emergency card. At the bottom of that page, you should click, "Print New Emergency Card". Please bring this document printed to Registration Day. 

If you can NOT proceed to print your emergency card even after you answered all questions, please log out and start the process over. This will not result in your data being lost, it will be saved.

*If you have a double surname (2 last names), please use BOTH on these forms and on all papers, you turn in to the school. We track by the first letter of your first last name, so you may not be counted if you use only your second last name.

*Please include your grade level and your middle initial if you have a common name (eg: Michael Nguyen) as we often have duplicate names and we want to make sure you get the items you paid for!

Please do Food Applications and Transportation Permissions ONLINE, there will NOT be stations for these at Registration Day!

 

8th grade - 8:00am - 10:00am

7th grade - 10:30am - 11:45am

CLOSED FOR LUNCH 12:00pm - 1:00pm

6th grade - 1:00pm - 2:30pm

 

Station 1- Check in/ Immunization Check/Emergency Card (If Ecard not complete, redirect to Main Office for parent to complete)

  • Emergency card- should be 4 single sided pages (or 2 double), complete and signed.
  • Student Supply Order Form- should have full name and grade (will stamp if Ecard is complete)
  • Updated Immunization Record (Tdap required for 7th grade)

Station 2- Yearbooks

  • Yearbook Order Form (optional) –should have full name and grade

Station 3- Cashiers

  • Stamped Student Supply Order Form
  • CASH ONLY for purchases
  • Vista View Spirit Wear - Sweatshirt  

Station 4- Binder Reminders

  • Pink stamped copy of Student Supply Order Form- will receive Binder Reminder

Station 5- PE Clothes & Supplies

  • Pink stamped copy of Student Supply Order Form- will receive PE uniform, lock, 3 ring binder, PE bag, (if purchased).

Station 6- PTSO 

  • PTSO membership forms
  • PTSO Spirit Wear available for purchase

Station 7- School Photos (in ALC)

  • Photo Order Form for Student ID cards

Station 8- Library

  • Pink stamped copy of Student Supply Order Form- Take home textbooks
