Principal

Welcome to Vista View Middle School, home of the Falcons! 

It is my honor to serve as the principal of Vista View Middle School. As a longtime Fountain Valley resident, I am especially grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community that has been home to my family for more than 22 years. From the moment I joined the Falcon family, I have been inspired by the dedication of our staff, the enthusiasm of our students, and the strong partnerships with our families. 

At Vista View, students are at the heart of everything we do. We are proud to offer a rich and engaging educational experience that includes our GATE Magnet program, STEAM and AVID pathways, and a wide variety of opportunities that encourage students to explore their interests, challenge themselves, and prepare for future success. We are also excited to launch a new Heritage Spanish Speakers course, providing students with the opportunity to strengthen their language skills while celebrating their cultural identity. My goal is to ensure every student feels safe, connected, challenged, and valued while receiving an exceptional educational experience. 

I believe strong relationships, open communication, and collaboration are the foundation of a thriving school community, and I look forward to partnering with our students, families, and staff to help every Falcon reach their full potential. 

A Little About Me 

I bring 14 years of experience in education, including 10 years as an English teacher and the past four years as a school administrator. My experience has included serving students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of California, Irvine, my master's degree from Concordia University Irvine, and I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership at the University of La Verne. 

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my four children and being an active member of the Fountain Valley community. Being both an educator and a parent reminds me every day of the importance of creating a school where every child feels seen, heard, and supported. 

I am proud to be part of the Vista View community and look forward to working together to ensure every Falcon learns, grows, and soars.
